MINIMALISM: The Beginners Guide to Minimalism (Change Your Life 100%)

Hello hello! Welcome back to a healthy lifestyle. So today's blog is special.

I'm sharing a special project that I've been working on really hard for the last two months and I'm so excited to finally share it with you.

It's my guide and workbook on practical minimalism and it's called The Simply Minimal Life.

Now I've created many blogs on minimalism but none of them fully capture my knowledge, my experience, my tips, and my journey the way that this book does.

I wanted to create a resource that had a little bit more structure and that's why I created this book.

It's for people who want to embrace minimalism in a practical and approachable way without rules or restrictions and in a way where you can customize your own journey.

I've personally experienced so many different benefits of minimalism such as saving money, making time for the things that I want to do, and getting rid of the things that hold me back and I'd love for you to experience some of those benefits too and that's why I created this comprehensive minimalism resource for anybody who's looking for more structure and guidance. So what will you get in my minimalism book? It's a hundred and twenty-page digital download.

It's a pdf that you can read in Adobe PDF viewer or something like iBooks.

I've designed it to be read on a screen but you can print it of course if you'd like to especially the worksheets.

This book is divided into two parts. There are a guide and a workbook.

First, let's talk about the guide. The guide is written in simple and easy language because I know a lot of my viewers are not in countries where English is the first language. In this guide, I'll cover topics such as minimalism benefits, myths, decluttering tips, how to become a better consumer, roadblocks, and struggles (because of course, that's what happens on any journey) and minimalism beyond things because I do believe that minimalism is not just about decluttering, it's not just about our possessions. There's so much more to it.

The second part of the minimalism book is the workbook and I believe this is where the magic happens.

This is where you'll be able to take all the knowledge that you gained from the guide and apply it to your life in practical and actionable ways.

I have worksheets on figuring out your journey, on decluttering such as decluttering challenges and checklists and also worksheets on becoming a better consumer and much more.

The minimalism worksheets can be printed if that's what you prefer.

I am a print girl myself. I like to write by hand or if you'd prefer you can also write into them digitally in a PDF viewer.

So this is a resource that you could use in a way that works best for you.

So far the feedback from advance readers has been great and I really hope that this book can inspire you to declutter, to get rid of the chaos in your life, and then finally create some space for the things that matter.

I truly believe that minimalism is a great tool to help you create a happier and more meaningful life, especially when you customize it to your own needs.

I will see you in the next blog. Bye!
