            I wanted to create a resource that had a little bit more structure and that's why I created this book. 

            It's for people who want to embrace minimalism in a practical and approachable way without rules or restrictions and in a way where you can customize your own journey. 

            I've personally experienced so many different benefits of minimalism such as saving money, making time for the things that I want to do, and getting rid of the things that hold me back and I'd love for you to experience some of those benefits too and that's why I created

            It's a pdf that you can read in Adobe PDF viewer or something like iBooks.
