     today I m going to share some tips and tricks with using that u can make ur skin healthy and glowing so let us start.

tip 1: Moisturize

it is very important for glowing skin by using this it does not only makes our skin glow but makes a protecting layer on ur skin because of which the skin remains hydrated it reduces flakiness dullness and dryness and protects from premature aging also so plz moisturize 2 times a day.


tip 2: start the day with lemon and honey water 

one glass of water put lemon and honey and drink it every morning lemon is loaded with nutrients and antioxidants it rejuvenates ur system and removes toxins which makes ur skin clear by drinking it regularly if u have scars blackheads acne will be reduced and is also useful in anti-aging likes lines and wrinkle drink it regularly for healthy and glowing skin.

tip 3... incorporate vitamin c

2: How to face glow in a week |  Natural ways to look younger than your age


1 tip special facial pack which will make your skin glowing and bright. You can do this facial very easily within a few minutes and it will bring natural glow skin and give you soft bright skin.  

1st Step: scrubber At first take 1 tablespoon of lemon juice on a fresh bowl.

 Lemon juice makes the skin glow and removes the excess oils and dirt from inside.

Then add 1tablespoon of sugar. Sugar can be one of the most effective ingredients when you are trying to lighten your skin; the granules help to exfoliate and cleanse the skin, while opening pores for moisture. 

Add 1 tablespoon of honey. Honey as a cleanser to help prevent breakouts because of its antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. 

The enzymes in raw honey clarify skin and keep pores clear and clean.

Lastly, add one tablespoon of glycerin. Glycerin lightens the skin complexion and makes it flawless.

 It not only brings a lighter tone for your skin but also protects from tanning. 

Now mix all the ingredients properly. 

Then apply this mixture on your skin gently. 

This mixture will help to remove suntan and glow a fresh look. 

It also helps to saturate the skin cells with oxygen, increasing the strength and synthesis of skin tissue. 

Keep applying it on the skin properly for 5minutes, then leave it for 2 minutes. 

Then wash off with normal water. You can apply this 2 times a week for the best result. 


2 tip face pack 

Take 3 to 4 tablespoons of raw milk in a bowl. 

The lactic acid in milk will help reduce pigmentation, heal dry skin, hydrate skin, heal acne, and relieve sunburn. 

Then add 1 tablespoon of gram flour. Gram flour is good for acne-prone skin and can help to lighten any acne scars. 

It can also be applied all over the body toremove dark spots caused by the sun and will leave your skin feeling brighter. 

Then add 1tablespoon of sandalwood powder. 

Sandalwood powder helps in fighting acne-causing bacteria, exfoliates the skin, soothes sunburn, removes suntan, and also reduces signs of aging such as dry skin and wrinkles. 

Then add 1tablespoon of rice flour. Then add half a tablespoon of Turmeric powder. 

Now mix all the ingredients well. Then apply it on your skin gently. 

After applying it, leave it for 15-20 minutes. Then wash off with normal water. You can apply this 2 times a week for the best result.


3: yoga for glowing skin.

                      Having tried expensive beauty products and treatments for your skin, are you ready to try something really easy and inexpensive? Hi guys, a yoga practitioner, and today I'm going to show you some yoga asanas for a natural glow on your skin. 

                               The first asana is Dhanurasana or the Bow Pose. 

Lie down on your belly, and bend your knees towards your head. 

From the outer sides, grab your ankles with your hands. 

Inhale and lift your head and chest as well as your thighs off the floor. 

Continue breathing through the nose and keep looking straight. Stay there for around 5 breaths and slowly release. 

                                This asana increases the flow and oxygen supply to the upper body, which makes the facial muscles more efficient in repairing any damage. 

The next asana is Virbhadrasana- the Warrior Pose,. Spread your feet around 3 feet wide and turn your right foot to the front of the mat and left foot slightly pointing inwards. 

Turn your hips facing towards the right foot and bend the front knee to a 90-degree angle while taking the hands up and joining the palms. 

Stay here and breathe for 5-7 breaths and slowly release the hands, straighten the legs and relax. Repeat on the other side. 

This asana is an intense one that really works on your abdomen, your back, and your hips. 

It opens up breathing in your lungs which in turn leaves you with a red flush on your face. Moving from here, we are going to get into the Downward Facing Dog or Adho Mukha Savasana.

 Place your hands on the floor, take both your feet around 3 feet behind. 

Raise the hips as high as you can, and heels as low as possible. 

Feel the space in hips and the extension on the back of the legs. Keep looking at your foot. Stay here for 5-7 breaths and release.
